By accepting an estimate, scheduling services, or authorizing work to begin, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Assemble All & Install RVA. Please review the following terms carefully, as they outline the expectations and responsibilities of both the service provider and the customer.

Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by Assemble All & Install RVA are based on the information available at the time of the estimate and are considered approximations. Actual costs may change if additional work is required, if the scope of the project changes, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of the work. If any changes to the cost or scope of the project arise, the customer will be notified and approval will be obtained before additional work is performed.

Scope of Services

Assemble All & Install RVA agrees to perform the services outlined in the approved estimate. Any services requested by the customer that are not included in the original estimate will be considered additional work and may result in additional charges. All changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon before the work is performed.

Scheduling

Assemble All & Install RVA will make every reasonable effort to complete services within the timeframe discussed with the customer. However, scheduling may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen property conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If delays occur, the customer will be notified and a revised schedule will be discussed. Appointment times are considered arrival windows, and multiple visits may be required depending on the scope of the project.

Changes to Work

Changes to project specifications, materials, schedule, or scope of work must be approved by both parties before the changes are implemented. Any approved changes may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline. The customer agrees to pay any additional charges associated with approved changes to the work.

Payment Terms

The customer agrees to pay Assemble All & Install RVA the agreed-upon amount for the services provided. Depending on the size and scope of the project, a deposit of up to 25 percent may be required at the time of booking to secure scheduling. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in additional fees or collection actions as permitted by law.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

When a deposit is required, the deposit secures the customer’s place on the schedule and helps cover initial planning and preparation for the project. Customers may cancel their project within 24 hours of accepting the estimate and receive a full refund of their deposit. If the project is canceled after the 24-hour window has passed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Late Payments

If final payment is not received upon completion of the project, the customer will be notified of the outstanding balance and provided a grace period of up to seven days to submit payment. If payment is not received within that time, a late fee of up to 20 percent of the outstanding balance may be applied. Assemble All & Install RVA reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to recover unpaid balances, including reasonable legal and collection costs where permitted by law.

Warranty

Assemble All & Install RVA warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Labor is warranted for a period of 30 days from the date the work is completed. This warranty covers workmanship only and does not apply to materials supplied by the customer, manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others after the work has been completed. Customers are encouraged to inspect the completed work promptly and notify us of any concerns within five business days.

Limitation of Liability

Assemble All & Install RVA is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, hidden structural issues, or work previously performed by others that may affect the outcome of the project. We are also not responsible for damage resulting from defective materials supplied by the customer. Any liability arising from the services provided will be limited to the total amount paid for those services.

Property Access

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property so that services can be performed safely and efficiently. Work areas should be accessible and clear of personal belongings or obstructions prior to the scheduled service. If additional time or labor is required to move items or prepare the work area, additional charges may apply. Customers will be notified of any such charges before work begins.

Marketing and Media Use

The customer agrees that Assemble All & Install RVA may take photographs or videos of completed work for use in marketing materials, portfolio examples, or social media. No personal identifying information will be shared without the customer’s consent.

Privacy Policy

Assemble All & Install RVA respects the privacy of our customers and is committed to protecting personal information. Customer information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required for normal business operations or by law.

Communications

By contacting or doing business with Assemble All & Install RVA, the customer agrees to receive communications related to their project or our services. These communications may include appointment reminders, project updates, and occasional service announcements sent by phone, email, or text message.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises related to services provided by Assemble All & Install RVA, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may pursue legal remedies in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Acceptance of Terms

By approving an estimate, scheduling services, or authorizing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Service Terms and Conditions.
